Behemoth was a good COM pet, but I think its one that you cant lvl up much. I never really used a RAV pet, I had one of those stupid little lightning element things.
I kept the Behemoth, Flanitor, and SEN chocobo in pt.

MY favourite COM & RAV pets are Lightning and Sergeant Amodar from the DLC, they're quite powerful, especially amodar.
