Below you will find a list our basic rules and codes of conduct. Within this forum you may also find our policies on specific game-related activities that we feel deserved some special attention beyond these basics.

1. First and Foremost - The Alliance does not support discrimination or favouritism based on race, gender, religion, political status, sexuality, age or anything else that may be deemed as offensive. Having said that, any such action as listed above will not be tolerated. In addition, we feel that due to having this rule in place, both religion and politics are sensitive topics and will not be discussed using LS chat.

2. Regarding Assistance - The Alliance's primary purpose is to act as a tool for players to complete group content activities, as well as fulfill the social aspect that draws players to online gaming. We ask that members help out where possible, even if it's with something you've completed already. In this shell, favours are returned in kind.

3. Regarding Events - The Alliance operates on a basic weekly schedule of 3 "Mandatory" events each the week, Mon/Thu/Sat. Our events operate on the EST time zone and tend to run from 7/8pm-10/11pm, sometimes later for Saturday's event. Event times and content are subject to change based on participant availability. Mon/Sat are designated dungeon days, to be selected by majority from those attending. Thu is an event chosen by our members by a weekly poll.

4. Regarding Attendance - Please use the calendar on the home page to sign up for events, you must be logged in to GW to view the schedule. If you have signed up for an event, we expect you to be there. Obviously life throws curves and sometimes plans change, but if you are able to give notice, we appreciate it. We also understand that real life (and all its responsibilities) must always come first, but if you are online during a mandatory event, we expect you to attend (with the exception of not having prerequisites fulfilled).

5. Regarding Loot - The Alliance has a basic point system in place which you can find details about here. Presently, points will be used for allocating Darklight drops from the AV/CC dungeons, but there will be further uses in the future as more content is released. For all else though, we use a "Need Before Greed" system. We have a pretty closely-knit group, so you can rest assured that if you help out, you will get your just desserts. Our members are great about helping others even when it offers themselves no benefit, expect that your deeds will not be forgotten.

If after reviewing these rules, our shell sounds like a place you might fit in, please consider visiting our recruitment page:
